A production pipeline,
not a project queue.
Every VESARA engagement — from a single render to a full campaign — moves through the same six stages. Scope changes the size of each stage, not whether it happens.
Scroll — six stages, one pipeline
Brief
Every engagement starts as a conversation, not a form: what the project actually needs to achieve, who it’s for, what references and constraints already exist. This is where a rough idea becomes a workable brief.
Input: goals, references, constraints, deadlineScope
The brief is translated into a concrete scope — discipline, tier, deliverables, revision count and timeline — confirmed in writing before any production work begins. No project starts on a verbal estimate.
Output: written scope, price, timelineTeam Assembly
Specialists are matched to what the brief actually requires — a single artist for a focused deliverable, or a small assembled team across modeling, lighting, motion and post for a larger production — all directed under one point of contact.
One direction, matched specialistsProduction
The build itself: modeling, lighting, animation, compositing — whatever the scope calls for — with checkpoints at meaningful milestones rather than silence until the final delivery.
Milestone checkpoints, WIP visibilityReview
Work-in-progress is shared for feedback at the checkpoints defined in the scope. Revisions included in the tier are applied here — this is a structured round, not an open-ended back-and-forth.
Revision rounds per the confirmed scopeDelivery
Final files are delivered in the agreed formats and resolutions, along with the licensing terms confirmed at scoping. What "delivered" means — source files, renders only, engine-ready exports — is set at scope, not assumed afterward.
Final files, formats, licensing termsHow VESARA actually operates.
VESARA is a small creative-direction core, not a large in-house department. Most production work is carried out by independent 3D artists, motion designers, environment and character specialists and finishers, engaged per project and directed to one visual and quality standard — the studio's, not any individual freelancer's default style.
That structure is deliberate: it lets the studio field the right specialist for what a brief actually needs — an automotive lighting specialist for one project, a character sculptor for the next — instead of forcing every project through the same fixed in-house team regardless of fit.
Work is engaged in two ways: project-based, scoped and priced per the tiers on the Pricing page, and contract-based, for ongoing or retainer-style creative work agreed separately. Both run through the same six-stage pipeline above.
Where it's a genuine fit, VESARA also engages in asset licensing and trading — acquiring, licensing or exchanging 3D assets, materials and creative resources between the studio and its network of specialists, rather than building every asset from zero on every project. This is judged project-by-project, not a standing marketplace.
This section describes how VESARA is structured and how it earns — it isn't a claim of scale, headcount or client volume, none of which is published here.
Cinematic thinking
Lighting, composition, camera language and pacing are treated as part of the work, not decoration on top of it.
Specialist production
Every project is matched with specialists across 3D, motion, environment, character and post — not a single generalist stretched thin.
One direction
Creative direction, production, review and delivery run through a single point of contact from first frame to last.
Built to the brief
Scope and team size scale to the project — a single render or a full campaign, not a fixed package forced to fit.
