What to expect as a creator.
Joining the network
VESARA works as a distributed production: independent specialists are matched to briefs as projects come in, rather than kept on a single fixed roster. Applying below is the first step — it doesn’t guarantee immediate work, but keeps your profile on hand for the right fit.
How projects are assigned
When a brief needs a discipline you cover, you’re contacted directly with the scope, timeline and rate before anything is confirmed — application follows the same review below, then network, then project assignment once a fit exists.
Submitting work / portfolio
A portfolio link (Behance, ArtStation, personal site, reel — whatever best represents your work) is the main thing reviewed. There’s no separate "submission" process beyond the application below.
Collaboration & creative direction
Specialists work under VESARA’s creative direction on assigned projects — brief, references and feedback come through the studio’s single point of contact, consistent with the production pipeline every project follows.
Asset contributions
Where relevant, VESARA may license, acquire or trade 3D assets, materials and other creative resources with network specialists — judged project-by-project, not a standing marketplace. See IP & Licensing.
Licensing & usage of your work
What VESARA can use a delivered asset for, and what you retain the right to show in your own portfolio, is set out per engagement — see Creator / Freelancer Agreement.
Payment & agreements
Rates and payment terms are agreed per project before work starts. Full terms: Payment & Billing and Creator Agreement.
Confidentiality
Project material is often confidential before public release. Specialists engaged on a project work under the studio’s confidentiality terms — see NDA & Confidentiality.
