Questions,
answered plainly.
How does pricing actually work?
Every discipline has three tiers — Starter, Creative, Production — that describe scope and complexity, not craft quality. See the exact figures and inclusions on Pricing; the final number is confirmed once your specific scope is defined.
How many revisions are included?
Revision counts are set per tier and listed on each service’s pricing card — typically 1 revision at Starter, 2 at Creative, 3 at Production. Work beyond that scope is quoted separately.
How long does a project take?
Delivery windows are tier-dependent — indicative ranges are listed on the relevant service page and confirmed at scoping against actual availability.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes — VESARA is based in India and works worldwide. The studio and its specialist network operate remotely by design; see Network.
Can I combine multiple services in one project?
Yes — most real projects blend two or three disciplines (for example Product & Industrial Design with Brand & Graphic Design and Video & Post). Combined-discipline work is scoped as one production; see Start a Project.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, on request — standard for unreleased products or sensitive material. See NDA & Confidentiality.
Who owns the final files?
Ownership and usage rights are set at scoping and vary by engagement — what’s delivered (source files vs. renders only vs. engine-ready exports) and what each side can do with it afterward is documented before production starts. See IP & Licensing.
What file formats do you deliver?
Whatever the project needs — render formats (PNG/EXR/MP4/ProRes), source scene files, or engine-ready exports (FBX/GLTF with textures) for game work. Confirmed at scoping per How We Work.
How does payment work?
Payment is typically milestone-based — a portion at scope confirmation, the remainder tied to agreed checkpoints or delivery. Full terms: Payment & Billing.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
See the studio’s standard terms on the Refund & Cancellation Policy page.
Is VESARA an agency?
Not in the traditional sense — there’s no account-management layer between you and the people building the work. VESARA is a distributed production: one creative direction, specialists matched per brief. See About.
How do I start a project?
