Cancellation by the client
Work already completed at the time of cancellation is generally payable at the agreed rate; a deposit paid to confirm scope and reserve production time is typically non-refundable once production has started, reflecting time and specialist availability already committed.
Cancellation by VESARA
If the studio is unable to deliver an engagement, any payment received for work not yet completed is expected to be refunded — the specific mechanics are set out in the signed Client Agreement.
Rescheduling
Timeline changes requested mid-project are accommodated where possible; significant delays may affect specialist availability and require re-scoping the timeline.
Force majeure
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside either party’s reasonable control — handled case-by-case and documented in the signed agreement rather than a fixed general rule.
