Client Agreement

Scope of engagement

Defines exactly what’s being delivered, at what tier, and by when — set out in writing before production starts, per How We Work.

Fees & payment

See Payment & Billing for the general payment framework; specific figures and milestones are in the signed scope.

Timeline & delivery

Delivery dates are estimates confirmed at scoping based on real availability, and are dependent on timely client feedback per the agreed review windows.

Revisions

The number of included revision rounds is fixed to the selected tier (see Pricing); additional rounds are quoted separately.

Client responsibilities

Providing complete and accurate references/brand assets, responding within agreed review windows, and designating one point of contact for approvals.

Confidentiality

Intellectual property

Termination

Either party may terminate per the terms set in the signed agreement for that engagement — see Refund & Cancellation Policy for the general framework.
