Payment milestones
Payment is typically structured across the project — commonly a portion at scope confirmation and the remainder tied to agreed milestones or final delivery. The exact split is set per engagement in the written scope.
Accepted payment methods & currency
Pricing on this site is indicative in USD. Actual accepted payment methods and invoicing currency are confirmed per engagement and may vary by client location — these specifics require direct confirmation and are not fixed on this general page.
Taxes & GST
GST or other applicable taxes are added to invoices where legally required for a given engagement. This page does not assert VESARA’s specific tax registration status or number — that detail should be confirmed directly with the studio and verified by your own accounting function before being relied on.
Late payment
Delayed payment against agreed milestones may pause production until resolved — specific terms (e.g. late fees, if any) are set in the signed Client Agreement for that engagement, not asserted generally here.
Invoicing process
Invoices are issued per the confirmed milestones. Questions about a specific invoice should go directly to the studio at the project’s point of contact.
