What this website collects
This site does not run visitor analytics or tracking scripts, and does not use cookies for tracking. Google Fonts are loaded from Google’s servers to render the site’s typography, which involves a standard font-file request to Google — no personal data is knowingly sent by this site as part of that request.
Inquiry & application forms
The forms on For Clients and For Creators build a pre-filled email in your own mail application when you choose to open it — the information you enter is not transmitted to or stored on any VESARA server by this website. It is sent only if and when you send that email yourself.
Information received by email
Once you email the studio (via these forms or directly), that email and any attachments are handled like any business correspondence — used to respond to your inquiry, scope a project, or process a creator application — and retained per standard business practice for as long as reasonably needed for the engagement and applicable record-keeping.
Your rights
You can ask what information VESARA holds about you, or ask for it to be deleted where there’s no legitimate business or legal reason to retain it, by emailing the studio directly.
Children’s privacy
This site and VESARA’s services are not directed at children, and the studio does not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the site’s functionality changes — for example, if a client/creator portal with server-side storage is introduced in future, this page will be updated to reflect it before that launches.
