Working with VESARA

Everything before you sign off.

What VESARA provides

+
End-to-end creative production across 12 disciplines — 3D & CGI, motion, VFX, environments, characters, product, automotive, brand and digital — run through the same six-stage production pipeline under one point of creative direction, whether the engagement is a single deliverable or a full campaign.

Project-based vs. contract-based engagements

+
Most work is project-based: a defined scope, deliverables and price confirmed before production starts (see Pricing). For ongoing needs, contract-based engagements — a retainer or continuous arrangement — are agreed separately, with terms set per engagement rather than a fixed package.

Quotations & invoicing

+
Every engagement gets a written quotation before work begins. Invoices are issued against the payment milestones agreed at scoping; tax and GST details are added where applicable and should be confirmed directly for your specific engagement. Full terms: Payment & Billing.

NDAs & confidentiality

+
A non-disclosure agreement is available on request and standard practice for unreleased products or sensitive material — flag it in the form below. Full terms: NDA & Confidentiality.

Contracts, scope & revisions

+
Scope and included revision counts are fixed to the tier selected at Pricing and confirmed in writing before production starts — work outside that scope is quoted separately, not assumed. Full terms: Client Agreement.

Payment milestones

+
Payment is typically structured across the project timeline — a portion at scope confirmation, the remainder tied to agreed milestones or final delivery. The exact structure is set per engagement. Full terms: Payment & Billing.

Deliverables, ownership & licensing

+
What is actually delivered — source files, final renders only, or engine-ready exports — and the usage/licensing terms that come with it are set at scoping, never assumed afterward. Full terms: IP & Licensing.

Project timelines

+
Delivery windows are tier-dependent — see the indicative ranges on each service page — and confirmed at scoping against actual studio and specialist availability.

Cancellation & refunds

+
Standard terms for cancelling or rescheduling a project mid-engagement are set out on the Refund & Cancellation Policy page.

Client responsibilities

+
Timely feedback within the review windows agreed at scoping, complete and accurate references/brand assets up front, and one designated point of contact for approvals — these keep a production on schedule.

Communication & approval process

+
One point of contact on each side, with structured review rounds tied to the milestones set at scoping — see How We Work for the full pipeline a project moves through from brief to delivery.
